Wayne I Miiller

 Mr. Miiller’s pedigree is certainly Real Estate based as a result of his involvement in his family’s extensive Multi-Family and Assisted Living Portfolio during his childhood and teenage years to present.  He is currently building his vibrant Real Estate Network through successful marketing, exceptional professional connections, and continuous results-driven strategies.  His 32 years in the Phoenix area have also allowed him to build strong life-long partnerships that will greatly benefit any organization he becomes affiliated with. 

Prior to his professional Real Estate ventures, Mr. Miiller managed and negotiated contracts with major entertainment industry labels, major casino operations, and private parties on behalf of numerous performing artists and groups.  He has also seen his business success in the entertainment industry carry over proportionately to the Residential Real Estate industry.  Earning New Agent of the Year honors and Multi-Million Dollar Producer during 2006 was exceptional, especially considering the market place in 2006.  In 2007 he managed to double his production, year over year.  During 2007 and 2008 he launched his own Residential Real Estate Brokerage and immediately secured listing agreements to sell assets of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, as well as other banking institutions.    

Wayne is currently the Director of RIA Distribution for Castle Arch Real Estate Investment Company.  His responsibilities there include raising equity for company projects as well as bringing real estate opportunities to Castle Arch. 

Mr. Miiller has a Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Law from Arizona State University and a background in consumer unsecured lending, real estate investing, and law enforcement.  He holds his 7 and 63 securities licenses with Longview Financial Group.  Mr. Miiller is a member of the National Association of REALTORs, the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in Phoenix, AZ, an avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast, professional musician, and leadership counselor. 

Wayne resides in North Scottsdale with his lovely wife Robin, and son, Kyle.
